A leading international professional services firm is seeking a R&D Tax Manager specializing in Software Technology to manage R&D tax claims and develop methodologies for clients. The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate degree in IT or a related field and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will lead client projects, develop junior staff, and foster strong relationships with clients. This role offers opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisation, and we are looking for a Manager with a strong scientific/ engineering background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.
Tax and accounting qualifications are not essential for this role, but would be welcome (e.g. CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)).
Has a detailed working knowledge of the R&D tax legislation, and its application to Information Technology activities; or alternatively, significant industry experience in Information Technology and ability to rapidly grasp new technical concepts.
