Solicitor / FCILEX / Licensed Conveyancer – Residential Conveyancing

The Opportunity A highly respected and long-established law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer (5+ years’ experience) to join its rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership matters
• Leasehold matters and extensions

You will also:

• Provide support and mentoring to junior members of the team
• Play an active role in business development and networking
• Help strengthen the profile of the Residential Conveyancing department and the wider firm
