Job summary

A global Real Estate Fund Manager in London seeks a Senior Financial Accountant. This role entails ownership of fund administration processes, preparation of management accounts, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, preferably in FCA-regulated businesses. The compensation package offers a salary between £70,000 and £80,000, alongside a discretionary bonus and other benefits.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years experience, ideally in a group function.
  • Prior experience with FCA regulated businesses preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the monthly reconciliations and close process for all fund administration.
  • Own the group consolidation and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
  • Manage service providers for tax reporting obligations.
  • Key point of contact for annual financial audits.
  • Support delivery of accurate management information.
  • Assist with the implementation and migration of a new GL accounting system.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.
