Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years experience, ideally in a group function.
• Prior experience with FCA regulated businesses preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the monthly reconciliations and close process for all fund administration.
• Own the group consolidation and cash flow statements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
• Manage service providers for tax reporting obligations.
• Key point of contact for annual financial audits.
• Support delivery of accurate management information.
• Assist with the implementation and migration of a new GL accounting system.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
