Job summary
A leading FinTech company is seeking a VP Engineering to scale their engineering team and enhance architecture. Responsibilities include guiding the development team, improving maintenance processes, and working remotely. Ideal candidates will have experience in scaling teams within startups and knowledge of emerging markets. Salary up to £130,000 offered.

Skills
This VP Engineering position is with a FinTech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.
The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company.
