A UK fintech company is seeking a motivated Analyst with strong SQL skills to join the Decision Systems team. You'll deliver strategy changes, provide data insights, and support decision-making across credit risk and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role is remote-first with occasional travel required.
Remote-first (UK-based). Occasional travel to London/Manchester as needed.

We’re looking for a motivated individual with strong SQL skills to join the Decision Systems team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing start-up, where you’ll use data to shape the customer journey and decision-making processes.
You’ll play a key role in delivering strategy changes, providing data insight to inform requirements, monitoring the impact of changes, and creating alerts and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed in real time. You’ll also support the implementation of decisioning changes across credit risk, fraud/KYC, and customer onboarding, helping to optimise processes while working closely with teams across the business.
This is a busy, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone curious, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact.
