Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an IT Service Design Lead for a 6-month contract in Birmingham. This remote position offers a daily rate of £475-£500 and involves leading service introduction and transition planning for a major program. Candidates should have strong experience in IT Service Design, project management, and knowledge of ITIL service transition. Previous hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira is essential. This role has a high likelihood of extension.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT Service Design and Project Management.
- Experience with Release and Transition Management.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale enterprise projects.
