Job summary
A fast-growing subscription brand is seeking a CRM Manager to lead lifecycle marketing efforts. This fully remote role requires expertise in Klaviyo and experience in D2C scale-ups. You'll own the customer lifecycle, optimize subscription flows, and analyze trends to drive growth. Join a passionate team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience in the exciting subscription market. A salary of £50k-£60k plus equity is offered, with an immediate start available.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is mandatory.
- Experience in D2C scale-ups, particularly in subscription consumables, is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire customer lifecycle from first purchase to subscriber.
- Rebuild and optimise subscription flows and automated journeys.
- Launch weekly campaigns to educate and retain subscribers.
- Analyse churn and engagement to find growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across various teams to embed retention strategies.
