A UK-based digital resource provider is seeking a Technical Editor to join their Publishing team. This role involves ghost-writing, drafting, and editing content to ensure high editorial quality aligned with the company's values. The ideal candidate should have a legal or journalism background, strong editing skills, and a collaborative approach. Engage in a fast-paced publishing environment and contribute to diverse content needs.
Farillio creates high quality digital resources to help users solve the legal, financial, HR and marketing concerns that come with setting up and running a small business based in the UK, as well as creating content to help landlords and individuals with their day-to-day problems and queries.
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated individual to join our growing Publishing team. This new role is at the heart of creating the timely, relevant and trustworthy content for which Farillio is known.
To do that effectively, the Technical Editor will work closely in a front-of-house role with our team of internal and external experts, as well as the wider Publishing team, to ensure that Farillio’s platform content is created in line with our content priorities and wider strategic objectives. The Technical Editor works closely with these stakeholders to draft, edit and deliver content that reflects Farillio values and the Farillio tone of voice, ensuring that the highest editorial quality is always maintained.
In addition, the Technical Editor will be expected to support the customer service team and collaborate with the sales and partnership teams as necessary on the content needed for pitches, presentations and product launches.
