Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Quality and Health and Safety Manager to oversee strategic plans for health, safety, environmental, and quality management. This home-based role focuses largely on Quality Management, requiring extensive experience with ISO 9001 and relevant QHSE qualifications. The ideal candidate will maintain quality systems, develop effective SHEQ policies, and provide guidance to project teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001.
- Proven ability to write and implement SHEQ policies.
- Strong background in health and safety in roadside environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Develop and implement SHEQ policies.
- Oversee updates to SHEQ Management systems.
- Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain records for audits and health surveillance.
