Are you a driven, self‑motivated recruiter with experience in driving or logistics recruitment? Do you thrive in sales, enjoy building strong client relationships, and want the freedom of a remote role with real career progression? If so, we want you on our team.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 recruitment desk for driving roles across the North West. You'll work remotely, but you'll be part of a high‑performing team headquartered in Northampton.

This is a role for someone ambitious, results‑focused, and ready to take ownership of their desk and drive real growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full 360 recruitment within the driving/logistics sector (temporary & permanent roles)
  • Proactively generating new business and sourcing candidates
  • Building and managing strong client and candidate relationships
  • Screening, shortlisting, and placing drivers efficiently
  • Negotiating fees, contracts, and terms
  • Hitting and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
  • Taking ownership of your desk with a “get it done” mindset
Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced in recruitment (driving/logistics experience preferred)
  • Confident in sales, business development, and client negotiation
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
