Job summary
A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Delivery Lead to facilitate Scrum events and enhance delivery processes. This role requires strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban principles, along with exemplary skills in JIRA and backlog management. The position is a 6-month remote contract with the expectation of monthly visits to the London office.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Delivery Lead in IT services.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models.
- Demonstrable ability to facilitate Scrum events and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Help team manage dependencies and blockers.
- Facilitate all events in Scrum for maximum value.
- Assist in product backlog management and prioritization.

Job Title: Delivery Lead
Location: UK Remote - Working in the London office once a month.
Salary/Rate: Up to £690 a day Inside IR35
Start Date: December 2025
Job Type: 6-month contract (with scope to extend)
We are looking for an experience Delivery Lead to join our client in the IT services and IT Consulting industry.
- Seasoned understanding of Scrum & Kanban principles and adaptations of waterfall & hybrid models
- Ability to facilitate all events in Scrum, demonstrate what good looks like and maximise value of all the events
- Embed agreed practices(events/WoW) with the teams, challenge and hold people accountable-have the personality & flair to do this
- Familiarity with different estimation techniques and facilitate team for road mapping & delivery planning (fixed scope/cost) exercises
- Help team adhering to DoR, DoR and frame definitions of what constitutes as an Epic/Story
- Help team leverage existing data & metrics (lead/cycle times, throughput, release trajectories) to produce (and commit to) to credible delivery plans
- Help Team visualise, manage and resolve dependencies and blockers
- JIRA super user (advanced roadmap) and familiar with EazyBI
- Helping product management with product backlog management (prioritisation techniques) using principles like INVEST, DEEP
- Ability to facilitate story mapping/impact mapping workshops to enable backlog management/road-mapping
