Compensation: Commission Only — $70,000–$200,000+ annual potential

Once they request more information and complete a brief recorded survey, our team is notified that they want to speak with an advisor.

As a Virtual Sales Advisor, you’ll connect with these warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no pressuring friends or family. You’ll guide clients through personalized coverage options to ensure their mortgage — and their loved ones — are fully protected.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with warm, inbound leads via phone or Zoom

Educate clients on coverage options tailored to their needs and budget

Follow our proven virtual sales system — no guesswork or scripts required

Attend daily live training sessions (Mon–Sat, 11 AM–12 PM EST)

Set and achieve personal income and performance goals

Maintain communication with your mentor and stay open to coaching

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong self-discipline and ability to thrive in a remote environment

Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply feedback

Life Insurance License (or willingness to complete a short online course)
