Job summary
A leading national law firm seeks a Pensions Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their remote pensions team. The role involves advising major corporates on complex pensions matters, de-risking solutions, and ESG strategies while offering flexibility and a competitive salary. Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise and client-handling skills, with the opportunity to work on impactful projects. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.

- 6+ years PQE in pensions law, ideally from a top-tier or leading City practice.
- Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen.
- Confidence in managing complex, high-value projects.
- A collaborative approach and excellent client-handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise on buy-ins, buy-outs, and innovative 'bridge to buy-out' solutions.
- Guide clients on net zero strategies, TCFD reporting, and governance reviews.
- Handle pensions aspects of M&A, restructurings, and regulatory engagement.
- Navigate insured de-risking solutions, derivatives, and hedging products.
