This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

What you will do

• Handle a high volume of low value and low severity claims, including Property, Public Liability and Products Liability losses.
• Candidates from an insurer, broker or loss adjusting background will be considered, but it is essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience in any of the above classes of business.
• As this role is 100% home-based, you must be highly motivated and able to work under your own steam, with minimal supervision (but lots of support!), and you’ll be well-organised with excellent task-management skills.
• Be client service-focused, with a can-do attitude, and pride yourself on your problem-solving skills and innovative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes.
• Deal with stakeholders from all walks of life, and dealing with a wide variety of losses, you must have excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations, whilst demonstrating empathy.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Essential that you have at least 2 years’ experience in Property, Public Liability or Products Liability claims (in any insurer, broker or loss adjusting background).

Salary & Benefits

You will receive a generous basic salary of between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (Negotiable, depending on experience), plus a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications.
