This remote based Regional Sales Manager job covering the North of England provides opportunity to join a national independent financial planning firm, that is continuing to grow through organic growth and acquiring IFA client banks.
You will be responsible for a team of employed Financial Advisors, providing support to them to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing the businesses training and competence scheme to your Financial Advisors, providing development and training on individual and team level where appropriate.
As the business is active in undertaking acquisitions, you will be involved in integrating acquisitions into the team and ensuring excellent client, vendor and business satisfaction.

Due to the nature of this role, this role will obviously include travel, visiting your team of Financial Advisors, plus undertaking recruitment and management meetings.
