A prominent global technology company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance people strategies within their manufacturing operations. This remote role requires influence and collaboration with leadership to drive successful HR practices. Key qualifications include CIPD Level 5 and effective communication abilities. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team primarily aligned to the manufacturing part of our business. Your new role will see you take on a strategic position within the business working closely with the leadership teams across our Manufacturing operations as well as the Global manufacturing leadership team.
The role holder will be primarily responsible for driving business success through people culture and leadership. You will work in collaboration with leadership teams, global HR teams and Centres of Excellence to design and drive delivery of meaningful HR strategies across the business.
We’re looking for someone who can effectively demonstrate their ability to influence, coach and engage senior leaders ensuring clear levels of accountability across all business functions. You will also be an advocate of leadership behaviours driving positive change and inspiring others.
This is a remote role with some travel required. Our Manufacturing sites are based in Newton Aycliffe and Arlington and travel to some of our other sites may be necessary from time to time.
