Job summary

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Educator for a national role, offering flexibility and autonomy. This position involves leading clinical education and training programs across adult services, mentoring clinical staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with experience in adult services and strong communication and leadership skills. Salary up to £55,000 and requires national travel.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience working within adult services is required.
  • Proven experience in a similar clinical education/practice development role is desirable.

Working pattern: Remote working with national travel

The Role
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
  • Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
  • Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Experience working within adult services
  • A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
