A healthcare organization is seeking someone for a fully remote role in their Revenues Billing Team. Responsibilities include managing council tax billing and collection, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing effective service to users. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with One EDMS is a plus.

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines independently.

- Update accounts and manage discounts/exemptions.

Fully remote role.
To work as part of the Revenues Billing Team, dealing with primary responsibility for the billing and collection of council tax.
- Update accounts and award discounts and exemptions in accordance with current legislation and Council policies.
- To accurately establish council tax liability including entitlement to discounts, reliefs and exemptions.
- Delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.
A minimum of 2-years Academy experience is essential and previous experience of using One EDMS would be desirable.
Must be able to work independently to meet targets and deadlines
