Position Overview

VfastParks is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our existing clients in the holiday park sector. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, supporting service adoption and performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth and renewal.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to account support, and a solid understanding of telecom solutions and how they bring value to the holiday sector.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Onboarding and Engagement – Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of services.
  • Service Quality Oversight – Regularly review service performance and client satisfaction, coordinating with technical and support teams to resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify additional needs within existing accounts and propose tailored solutions to enhance client outcomes and revenue.
  • Account Reviews – Schedule and lead regular review meetings with clients to evaluate service effectiveness and explore future opportunities.
  • Referral Generation – Proactively generate new business opportunities by encouraging and enabling existing park operator clients to refer other parks within their network.
  • Support for Owner Sign-Ups – Work closely with park operators to drive sign-ups from holiday home owners by ensuring they actively promote VfastParks through channels such as social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and on-site leaflets or signage.
  • Retention Focus – Proactively manage contract renewals, addressing any concerns to ensure continued partnerships.
  • Operational Liaison – Work cross-functionally with engineering, support, and commercial teams to deliver on service-level commitments and project timelines.
  • Feedback Loop – Capture client feedback to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in telecoms or technology sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear business benefits.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to client care and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites across the country.
