Overview

Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy – a 12‑month training program with a full commission guarantee and a path to becoming a fully employed, CII‑qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser. The role starts with 16 weeks of office‑based training followed by 5 weeks of remote training, after which you will work fully home‑based.

Training & Working Hours

Training runs 9:30 AM‑5:00 PM Monday‑Friday for 16 weeks, with no holiday allowed during that period. After qualification you will work patterns covering a mix of 9 AM‑6 PM and 11 AM‑8 PM Monday‑Friday, with no weekend working required.

Compensation
  • Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30 K per annum for the first 16 weeks.
  • Month 4‑6: £30 K per annum.
  • Month 7‑10: £32.5 K per annum.
  • Month 11‑16: £35 K per annum.
  • Month 17 onwards: £25.5 K basic salary plus unlimited commission, realistic OTE of £45 K+.
  • Post‑training guaranteed commission increases in tiered increments over the following 12 months, with a realistic OTE of £50 K+ in the second full year.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, especially mortgages and protection.
  • A proven track record in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding communication, listening and the ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Highly disciplined, organised and structured in approach.
  • Competent IT user and Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, Outlook).
