The role involves delivering coaching, auditing performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality execution through workshops and feedback sessions. Applicants should have proven experience in coaching SDRs, strong proficiency in sales tools, and the ability to analyze data effectively. - Proven success in coaching or leading SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
- Strong understanding of SDR performance metrics.
- Experience with sales tools and data analysis.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and shadow calls.
- Audit SDR calls and CRM hygiene for quality assurance.
- Align coaching with performance needs and business initiatives.
