Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and governance standards.
• Oversee governance servicing for the Group Board.
• Ensure delivery of statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies.
• Act as a key contact for relevant regulators.
• Lead policy development to align with legislation.
• Oversee GDPR compliance.
• Lead financial crime prevention initiatives.
• Produce and present reports to the Board.
