Position Overview

We are in search of a Sales Representativeto join our high-performing sales team. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation. This is a high-ticket sales environment, and your performance will be generously rewarded with performance-based bonuses.

This is a full-time contractor-based role for candidates from South Africa.

  • Close Sales:Engage with pre-booked warm leads to close high-ticket sales.
  • Client Relationship Development:Maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
  • Performance Tracking:Monitor your sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets.
  • CRM Management:Log call data and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Feedback Loop:Provide actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector.
  • English Fluency: Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English, allowing you to interact successfully with a variety of audiences.
  • Sales Acumen: A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and familiar with sales tracking techniques.
