A housing management organisation in the UK is looking for dedicated Housing Officers to manage a portfolio of properties in the Thames Valley area. This fully remote position requires travel and proactive problem-solving abilities. Benefits include 33 days annual leave, life cover, and employer pension contributions.
Housing Officers - Remote Working - Must live in Thames Valley area
£28-35,000pa + Excellent Benefits Package, Full-Time | Permanent
We are currently seeking dedicated and proactive Housing Officers to join our client - an independent and expanding organisation providing high-quality accommodation services to a wide range of clients across the UK.
This exciting opportunity is based in Thames Valley, and offers a fully remote working model. You will have the autonomy to plan your own schedule and manage your own day-to-day responsibilities, with regular community visits to support and manage service users.
As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of up to 250 properties and service users. This includes carrying out property inspections, resolving tenancy issues, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with housing standards.
