This role is focused on understanding customer behaviour and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive better outcomes across the business.

• Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to improve customer experience
• Build dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision‑making
• Translate technical findings into clear insights for non‑technical stakeholders
• Support experimentation, testing, and optimisation initiatives
• Help shape how customer data is used as the business grows
• You’ll have visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to influence strategy, not just report on it.

You’re curious, analytical, and passionate about using data to improve customer outcomes.

• Experience in a data analyst or insight‑focused role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer or behavioural data
• Confidence communicating insights to a wide range of stakeholders
• A customer‑first mindset and commercial awareness
• Experience within FinTech, SaaS, or high‑growth environments is beneficial

• £50,000 base salary
