Job Overview

We seek a Senior Engagement Manager to join our world-class client, one of the leading and most advanced Software Development companies.

Job Details
  • Work Location: Remote within the UK (Occasional visits to offices in Staines or London are optional. Some travel may be required during project kick-offs.)
  • Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us – Dexian) – Temporary Agency Worker Employment Contract
  • Duration: 12–18 months (high potential for extension, depending on project scope).
  • Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time).
Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned to the defined scope.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams throughout large or complex engagements, often in collaboration with a services partner.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, owning customer satisfaction as a key performance indicator.
  • Manage project governance including timelines, risk, scope changes, budget, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Outcomes teams to ensure a smooth handover and seamless delivery execution.
  • Lead and coordinate discovery phases, key workshops, knowledge transfer, and resource planning.
  • Apply ServiceNow’s Now Create methodology and Agile delivery practices to promote successful outcomes and long-term customer value.
  • Identify delivery risks, deviations, or gaps and take proactive measures to resolve challenges.
  • Mentor and guide internal resources and partner teams to drive delivery excellence.
  • Support customer engagement across UK & Ireland (EMEA projects may occur occasionally).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization.
  • Several years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience in managing the implementation of workflow or business transformation solutions.
  • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows are beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
