Location: Warrington, Bristol, Leicester, Glasgow or Newbury

Salary: £48,000 to £62,000 depending on experience

Our client is looking for several Senior Safety Case Engineers to join their nuclear projects. With flexible and remote working options, they are open to candidates from all over the UK.

You will be responsible for ensuring that engineering works are safe and secure by creating specialist plans and reviews. You will examine engineering activities and manage the delivery of the necessary safety aspects. As a senior technical member of the team, you will support managers with technical problems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects with varied responsibilities.

The role requires Security Clearance, so you must be a UK citizen with a British Passport.

The role includes:

• Producing and designing technical and general safety reports
• Creating strategies for hazard management
• Authoring safety assessments in radiological work and hazard management
• Participating in HAZID/HAZOP sessions
• Managing the delivery of work undertaken by the supply chain

Experience / requirements:

• Engineering Degree in Engineering (Chartership desirable)
• Experience working with multiple teams
• EPC experience (desirable)
• 5+ years of experience
