A leading retail cooperative in England is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and empower Store Managers across multiple locations. This role involves driving commercial success, building talent, and supporting the team in delivering the Co-op's values. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in managing multi-site teams and a proven ability to implement change successfully. The position offers excellent benefits, including a competitive salary and remote work with travel across the region.
£48,000 to £62,000 plus excellent benefits including company car (Work level 5). Remote with significant travel across Cumbria, Dumfries and Northumberland; travel expenses will be covered whilst travelling within your patch.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join and help lead, empower, and coach a team of Store Managers. You’ll support stores across Cumbria, Dumfries and Northumberland areas to deliver our Co‑op purpose and vision of co‑operating to build more value for our member owners every day.
