Trackside Manager

(International Travel Required) | Full-Time

Are you ready to take the lead in delivering world-class hospitality at the pinnacle of motorsport? We are seeking a Trackside Manager to orchestrate exceptional guest experiences trackside during the Formula 1 season. This is a unique opportunity to manage and inspire a dynamic hospitality team, driving the flawless execution of the VIP and Club Team Suite programmes at global race events.

As the face of hospitality, you'll build strong relationships with VIP guests, sponsors, and partners -ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. You'll own the entire operation, from team management to logistics coordination, all while upholding the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Leading and managing the trackside hospitality and catering teams, plus third-party suppliers
  • Overseeing daily hospitality operations and delivering the exclusive Paddock and Club Suite programmes
  • Acting as the main front-of-house host, welcoming and engaging VIP guests with confidence
  • Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are rigorously met
  • Managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing efficiently
  • Collaborating closely with culinary, logistics, and team management to guarantee a seamless experience
  • Conducting daily briefings, gathering feedback, and producing detailed race reports
  • Coordinating setup and breakdown of hospitality units across international venues
  • Recruiting, training, and developing front-of-house staff in line with brand standards
What We're Looking For:
