We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead a detailed audit of pensionable pay processes within a large-scale or public sector environment. You'll review payroll records, assess pensionable earnings accuracy, and ensure compliance with scheme and regulatory requirements.
- Audit pensionable pay processes across all employee categories
- Identify discrepancies and risks in payroll calculations
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and pensions teams
- Deliver evidence-based audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Strong payroll operations experience
- In-depth knowledge of pensionable pay rules and HMRC regulations
- Audit and investigation experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel
- Experience with SAP or pensions administration systems
- CIPP or IIA qualification
