- At least 2 years of experience of working with streamers (require examples of streams);
- At least 2 years of experience of working with influencers (require examples of posts/integrations/reels);
- Level of English - B1+;
- Experience working with 30+ influencers/campaign;
- Experience working with 50k+ budgets/month;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social media and streaming platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick);
- Analytical approach to evaluating campaign effectiveness;
- Understanding of social media trends and promotion mechanics;
- Creativity and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Development of a database of influencers and streamers;
- Monitor content performance, provide regular analytics and reports;
- Development of a promotion strategy through advertising placements on partner and influencer platforms, primarily Twitch, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;
- Influencer management: creating briefs, overseeing schedules, and pricing;
- Budget control, ensuring agreements are fulfilled, and managing payouts;
- Creating and coordinating a plan for the quantity, frequency, topics, and style of publications;
- Market, audience, competitor, and advertising campaign performance analysis;
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters and the PR manager
