Job summary
A Global HEOR consultancy is seeking a Systematic Literature Reviewer/Evidence Synthesis Consultant. The role offers full remote flexibility and a supportive team environment. You will design and execute clinical systematic literature reviews, manage projects, and communicate with clients. Candidates should have an MSc/PhD and extensive SLR experience, preferably with at least 3 years in consulting. This position provides a pathway for leadership development or deepening technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in a consulting firm or CRO, desirable.
- Extensive experience in systematic literature reviews.
- Hands-on experience of network meta-analysis is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic literature review and evidence synthesis projects.
- Undertake project management activities on SLR projects.
- Design and run literature searches.

The purpose of the role is to support and lead on the design and execution of clinical, economic and quality of life systematic literature reviews. You will work alongside expert technical teams to support development of health technology assessment submission dossiers or work with internal systematic review analysts and statisticians to conduct de‑novo global literature reviews.
Conduct and help supervise systematic literature review and evidence synthesis projects :
- Design
- Running of searches
- Review of title, abstract and full papers
- Data extraction
- Quality assessment
- Reporting
Undertake and assist in project management activities on SLR projects :
- Project planning
- Client communication
- Managing / reviewing the work of other SLR analysts
- MSc / PhD in relevant field
- Extensive SLR experience, including clinical and economic SLR
- Minimum 3+ years in a consulting firm / CRO highly desirable or several years relevant academic or public sector setting
- Hands on experience of network meta‑analysis an advantage, but not essential
- Exposure to HTA processes and Pharma clients / private sector clients
