A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial performance across infrastructure projects in the UK. This role, based on a contract or hybrid working structure, offers a competitive daily rate of £400 - £450 and involves ensuring the financial efficiency of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying and a strong background in NEC contract administration.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background to oversee commercial performance across infrastructure projects nationwide. You will be a key member of the team working remotely with intermittent site visits ensuring subcontractors quotations and payments are constantly reviewed, reporting to the Commercial Head. The candidate will have experience in driving project profitability in line with NEC 4 contract principles.
Rate will be £400 - £450 per day. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile capital programmes with long-term impact delivering complex projects in live environments.
