Job summary
A consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to take ownership of their telephony platform. The role involves configuring and optimizing Amazon Connect to enhance contact centre experiences. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience with Amazon Connect, and strong problem-solving skills. This is a fully remote position based in the UK offering an initial 3-6 month contract.
