Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to join their team and take ownership of their telephony platform.

You will be responsible for configuring and optimising Amazon Connect to deliver a seamless contact centre experience. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in setting up and managing call queues, hunt groups, ring groups, and other advanced contact centre capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the platform is robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
