Job summary
A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to maintain and improve their compliance framework on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will manage conflicts of interest, handle confidentiality issues, and support internal audits while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications
- Experience gained in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Background in regulatory matters, conflicts of interest, or confidential information issues.
Responsibilities
- Managing conflicts of interest matters and leading on commercial clearances.
- Addressing issues relating to the protection of confidential information.
- Implementing information barriers and overseeing document security processes.
- Drafting terms of engagement.
- Responding to data protection queries.
- Supporting internal audit processes.
- Reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Opening new matters and ensuring alignment with the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Assisting with wider compliance projects.
