Job summary
A well-established legal firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage the legal aspects of residential property transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing and must be comfortable working remotely. The position offers a salary range of £25,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Previously worked as a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
- Experience in remote work for law firms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee legal side of residential property transactions.
- Draft and review related legal documents.
Skills
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer / Experienced Paralegal / Legal Executive with 3 years of residential conveyancing experience to join a well-established legal firm. This is a fully remote role offering a salary range of £25,000 - £45,000.
- Oversee the legal side of residential property transactions, including drafting and reviewing related legal documents.
- Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer, Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- At least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience.
- Must have experience in fully remote work for law firms.
- A track record of strong billing.
- Skilled in IT.
