Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape and execute our technical strategy. The CTO will be technology-agnostic, focusing on building scalable, resilient, and innovative platforms while guiding a high-performing engineering team.

• Define and execute the overall technical strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead architecture and platform design for scalable, high-performance applications.

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including quantum computing, AI, and machine learning, to maintain a competitive edge.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage top-tier engineering talent, building a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with business, product, and research teams to translate complex financial and technical challenges into actionable solutions.

• Ensure robust engineering practices, security, and system reliability across all technology platforms.

• Proven experience as a senior technical leader (CTO, VP Engineering, Principal Engineer) in fintech, AI, or high-tech ventures.

• Hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices, full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and data-intensive platforms.

• Familiarity with AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced analytics applied to real-world problems is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams and shaping technical strategy in early-stage or high-growth ventures.

• Strong understanding of financial services systems, quantitative analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
