Job summary

A leading global audit firm based in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT auditor to perform audit engagements and assess compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role and must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Key responsibilities include evaluating technology controls, communicating findings, and leading client meetings. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a familiarity with compliance automation tools to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Active or working towards CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements (ISO27001).
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls.
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management.
• Help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Lead client meetings and foster relationships.
• Provide weekly status reports to management.
• Proactively communicate potential issues to management.
