Job summary
A leading Mexican food brand is seeking a Grocery Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive brand growth in the UK. The role involves managing key retail accounts such as Tesco and Sainsbury's and collaborating with marketing to implement strategies. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of FMCG sales experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for food. This full-time position offers flexibility with remote work and excellent benefits including health insurance and performance bonuses.

- Full UK driving licence is desirable due to travel.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the grocery sales team.
- Manage key UK retail accounts such as Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado and Whole Foods.
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing to implement the UK strategy.
- Drive new business acquisition and create annual JBPs for customers.
- Manage P&L of accounts within budget.
- Communicate performance, recommend actions to consolidate strengths and correct underperformance.
- Bring Gran Luchito to life in store.
Skills

- Lead and manage the grocery sales team.
- Manage key UK retail accounts such as Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Ocado and Whole Foods.
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing to implement UK strategy.
- Drive new business acquisition and create annual JBPs for customers.
- Manage P&L of accounts within budget.
- Communicate performance, recommend actions to consolidate strengths and correct underperformance.
- Bring Gran Luchito to life in store.
- 5+ years FMCG sales experience, preferably major UK supermarkets.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable, travel required).
- Excellent communication, analytical and IT skills (Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint).
- Data‑driven mindset, strong analytical skills to measure and optimise sales performance.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative team player comfortable negotiating with buyers.
- Passionate about food, cooking and Mexican cuisine (plus).
- English speaker, eligible to work in UK.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Remote based with occasional travel within M25 and internationally.
- Salary on request.
