Sherpany by Datasite is the leading Swiss meeting management solution, designed to meet the unique needs of the board, board committee, and executive meetings. Our solution streamlines the entire meeting process to make meetings more productive and thus enhancing company performance. In this role, you will work with one of the cross-functional teams responsible for increasing the competitiveness/retention of our solution. You will be the link to other internal teams and our users and customers. Together with the Head of Product and Design and the other PMs you execute the product vision setting objectives and developing an aligned product roadmap.

You create, prioritize and manage the ideation, roadmap and communication of everything related to the opportunities you will work on to make Sherpany more competitive. Furthermore, you constantly analyze the board portal and meeting management market and its users, validate requests of our prospects and customers, pay attention to competitors and work with Sherpany yourself to improve the product and prioritize what to work on.

• You have several years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or Tech Start-Up environment
• You are self-organized in a remote-first set-up and can juggle work across different streams and teams
• You have experience with project management to drive the work from discovery to roll-out involving stakeholders
• You are able to motivate, explain why, bring stakeholders and cross-functional team onboard
• You have great communication and storytelling skills
• You are proficient in product management methodologies since discovery to roll-out
