Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a RightNow Data Analyst for a part-time contract role focused on supporting data extraction and archival processes. Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support an ongoing data archiving project as part of their Customer Experience transformation. This role will focus on RightNow (Oracle Service Cloud) data - assisting with data queries, validation, and preparation for archive following extraction.
You'll work closely with the data and CX teams to ensure all extracted data is complete, accurate, and ready for archival. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong SQL and analytical skills who enjoys problem-solving and working with large datasets.
