ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Remote working (UK) · Salary up to £75k.

I am working with a global ServiceNow partner who is looking to grow our team in the UK ahead of 2025. The role will see you play a pivotal part in end‑to‑end project delivery, calling on your project management skills and ServiceNow platform knowledge throughout. You will need to be a subject matter expert who puts the client and the outcome first.

Responsibilities
  • Overall project delivery: project planning, implementation consulting, tracking the statement of work, resource allocation, escalation management, acting as the single point of contact for the ServiceNow implementation project.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and conducting workshops to understand requirements and facilitate stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
  • Preparing bids for major new work and frequently taking the leading role in client presentations.
  • Driving continuous improvements of methodology and service offerings based on client experience: identifying gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions, and driving resolutions.
Experience Required
  • 5+ years project management/project leadership.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one module and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • PMI PMP Certification preferred.
  • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or similar preferred.
