About the Role

Our Global Biopharma (headquartered in Belgium) are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to support their Ventures team on a short-term contract. This is a remote opportunity ideal for candidates looking to work 2.5 days per week on a flexible schedule while contributing to key strategic events and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Schedule meetings across global time zones; prepare agendas, coordinate materials, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Manage expense reports and update meeting trackers.
  • Provide on-site event support at UCB HQ Brussels (24–25 September 2025): agendas, catering, IT room checks, guest assistance.
  • Support JPM 2026 meeting logistics.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to keep the team running efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, ideally within a compliance function.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to plan, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and team-oriented approach.
