Job description

The Role

• Produce timely and accurate monthly financial information including management accounts and KPIs.

• Lead financial reporting and KPI analysis for business operations, departments, and projects.

• Act as a business partner to Department Directors and Project Leads to support delivery of strategic and operational goals.

• Lead the product margin reporting process, ensuring accurate costings and implementation of automated systems to calculate margins.

• Oversee product price list implementation and ongoing review in line with business margin targets.

• Support the setup and development of commercial finance reporting.

• Contribute to the budgeting process and continuous improvement of financial policies and procedures.

• Drive ERP system enhancements with a focus on improving business operations visibility and efficiency.

• Build strong working relationships across all departments to promote financial understanding and accountability.

The Person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience within a fast-moving commercial environment.

• Advanced Excel and strong systems capability.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• A proactive and solutions-driven approach, capable of influencing decision-making across departments.
