Serious Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote - up to £75,000 salary, dependent upon experience
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning and supportive law firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Personal and Catastrophic Injury.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s specialist department, it is now seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (7+ years’ PQE) to take on high-value, complex Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) work.
This role would suit a compassionate individual with a commitment to supporting clients and delivering excellent outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building positive relationships with colleagues are essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a low-volume, high-value caseload of Serious Injury and TBI matters, with some mixed cases including Clinical Negligence. The ideal candidate will be encouraged to develop a specialism in Catastrophic Injury, particularly Traumatic Brain Injury, and will have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering rehabilitation strategies.
