Key Responsibilities as the SAP ERP Program Lead:

- Lead end-to-end SAP ERP programs, including ECC, FICO and S/4HANA implementations
- Oversee global teams in multi-vendor and offshore environments
- Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and change management teams
- Develop and implement structured program frameworks and delivery strategies
- Influence C-level stakeholders and drive consulting propositions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Guide teams in preparing proposals and financial plans for large-scale programs

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record of leading multi-country rollouts in global environments
- Strong ability to communicate with and influence executive stakeholders
- Expertise in program setup, governance, and delivery best practices
- Background in consulting with a focus on business transformation
- Experience in mentoring and coaching SAP consulting teams
- Willingness to travel for project-related requirements
