We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Revenue and Payroll Risk Analyst to identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation strategies. Your work will safeguard our operations, financial integrity, and reputation by ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

1. Risk Identification: Use assessments, scenario analysis, and trend analysis to identify risks.
2. Risk Analysis: Evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks, prioritizing mitigation efforts based on data analysis.
3. Mitigation Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored mitigation strategies, including process improvements and automated controls.
4. Mitigation Implementation: Lead the execution of mitigation plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor progress.
5. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish mechanisms to track mitigation effectiveness and report to senior management.
6. Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed on relevant regulations and ensure plans align with standards.
7. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance risk management processes and controls.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue and Payroll risk management, preferably in fintech or systems-oriented environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and trend analysis.
• Proficiency with analytical and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
