Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in consumer subscription/marketplace (wellness/communications/telemedicine/EdTech), managing P&L.
- Experience scaling supply operations (contact centers/gig) 1k–10k+ providers.
- In-depth knowledge of Trust & Safety and UGC policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy, vision, roadmap, and pricing.
- Implement growth and monetization strategies.
- Reduce churn and manage retention quality.
- Recruit and train companions; ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage trust and safety content policies.
- Oversee phased rollout of AI assistants.
